Paddy pre-cleaner uses screens to separate foreign matter such as straw, rubbish, wood, large stone, string, sand, etc…. out of rice. The machine is designed with inclined screen oscillating crosswise.

After cleaning, rice is categorized and kept in Silos, the temperature is controlled at the proper level to sustain freshness and high quality.

Rice cleaner removes the finer impurities which are left over after pre-cleaning process. Separates stones from rice paddy based on the principle of gravity.

removes stones and clods from soil ridges and moves them to the furrow so that the ridges are free from stones. This also helps when harvesting in wet conditions as the harvester can drive on a row of stones which helps improve traction.

Removing all or part of the bran layer and germ from brown rice. The result of the process is white rice

Improving the appearance of milled rice by removing the remaining bran particles and by polishing the exterior of the milled kernel.

Separating small and large broken rice from intact rice.

The rice is passed before an electronic eye that detects any difference in color. damaged kernels, yellow kernels, and discolors grains are removed.

After processing, rice is categorized and kept in Silos, the temperature and fumigation system of which are controlled at the proper level to sustain freshness and high quality.

By using dual-wave Metal Detection Technology, our machine could detect both ferrous and non-ferous metals such as FE and CU. The highly sensing technology works on each individual product assures effective and consistent contamination detection.
